My name is Jack Rockwood. I am a video game producer working in the field for the past three years. I have produced for many different games, from indie developments to AAA. I am passionate about helping great game developers make great games.
I first fell in love with games because of the way they bring people together. I was a frequent participant and tournament organizer for the Magic the Gathering and Super Smash Brothers Melee communities throughout my high school and college years. I always knew that I wanted to be a part of creating something that brought people together like that. I went to Michigan State University, as it allowed me to continuously work on collaborative game projects and hone my craft.
In my free time, I love to read, write, and watch films. I’m an active Letterboxd user and I post my writing to Substack. My favorite directors are Sean Baker, Gregg Araki, and Abbas Kiarostami. My favorite authors include Iain Reid, W.H. Auden, and Frank Herbert. When I am with friends, we play music together, jam MTG games, and watch football (Go Lions!).
