Summary of Contributions
To manage task and workflow, we used a mixed of Kanban boards and excel sheets.

Using Trello, I managed tasks by listing them by discipline and labeling by members (Ordered by RACI matrix standards). This allowed the team leads for each discipline to see the amount of work on their team’s plate and keep track of progress. Big tasks were made into various small tasks so that team members could follow each contribution as it contributed to a larger goal.

I used excel to break down shorter sprints and communicate individual responsibilities to each member of the team. The color coding was made consistent from sprint to sprint and notes were taken from weekly meeting and attached to the excel sheet in regards to each task.
By utilizing Trello and Excel in tandem, I was able to create a production process that streamlined communication for both leads and individual contributors.

Finally, I used discord for communication among the team members and updating the contributors from week to week. We used discord to track bugs, meet among disciplines, and work remotely synchronously.
